• Scope of services and what is included in each programme
• Enrolment, eligibility and admission by application
• Participant conduct and grounds for removal
• Intellectual property in course materials and manuals
• Limitation of liability
• An explicit statement that programmes are educational and are not medical or psychological care
• Governing law, India, Delhi jurisdiction

Note: The teacher training needs its own clauses covering assessment, certification and the separate Yoga Alliance registration the graduate makes themselves.
