Kartik Dhar
Founder and principal teacher
Kartik Dhar was born into a Kashmiri Pandit family and practises in the Kashmir Shaiva tradition. He reads the sources in the language and the interpretive tradition they came from rather than through a secondary English rendering, which is the reason the Institute teaches them the way it does.
He holds a Yoga Alliance RYT 500 and certification from the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry of Ayush.
He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and postgraduate qualifications from UCLA, and spent his career in technology and in management consulting before this.
For the corporate side he is a certified Dale Carnegie trainer and holds the ISTD Diploma in Training and Development.
Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance. Certified by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.

Ananya Rao
Senior teacher, asana and alignment

Meera Iyengar
Faculty, anatomy and physiology
